GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The ICQA Supervisor oversees daily inventory control and quality assurance operations, leading ICQA Team Leads and associates to protect inventory accuracy across the warehouse. The Supervisor provides direct leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to the ICQA team, sets daily and weekly priorities, and ensures adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and inventory control best practices. Acting as the bridge between warehouse leadership and frontline ICQA execution, this role communicates expectations clearly, tracks key metrics, escalates risk, and drives corrective and preventative actions.
