Position Overview:


We are seeking a newly licensed Inside Loan Officer to join our growing team. Reporting to Sales Leadership, you will work directly with inbound and outbound clients, guiding them through the early stages of the mortgage process. You’ll be supported with training, coaching, and a structured environment designed to help you develop confidence, consistency, and production.


In this role, you will:


  • Manage and monitor your loan pipeline from application through closing 
  • Take borrower applications and pre-qualify clients based on income, assets, and credit 
  • Educate clients on loan options (Conventional, FHA, VA) and guide them through the home financing process 
  • Collect and review documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files 
  • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams throughout the process 
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and support a smooth loan experience 
  • Attend team meetings and work primarily in-office
Requirements

  

This role is a great fit if you are someone who:


  • Has a current license through NMLS and be in good standing 
  • Knowledge of Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Fannie Mae (FNMA), FHA, and VA 
  • One (1) year prior mortgage or mortgage banking experience 
  • Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines 
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automotive insurance 
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent phone and service skills 


Travel:

  • As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.

Language:

  • English preferred, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.

Compensation:

  • PMG will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.
