• Lead the development and release of a New Life worship album

• Compose and arrange choral music with the goal of pursuing publication

• Write and perform an original song for the 2026 NLA graduation, including production of an accompanying music video

• Coordinate and produce worship night concerts and live events

Community Theatre

• Cast and direct productions that celebrate the breadth of the New Life community across generations

• Develop theatre as an ongoing ministry and community-building initiative

Education & Youth Development

• Develop and lead a Middle School worship arts elective, club, or summer program to cultivate the next generation of worship artists

• Serve as a coach and mentor within the School of Fine Arts (SOFA), with potential to expand worship-style coaching offerings

• Invest in students with a long-term vision for the health and continuity of Academy Worship

Cross-Departmental Vision & Collaboration

• Serve as a creative collaborator across all NLA fine arts programs — music, theatre, visual arts, and beyond

• Champion cohesive, unified artistic events that reflect a shared vision across departments

• Build meaningful connections between past alumni, current students, and future members of the New Life community through the arts

• Partner with church and school leadership to ensure the creative arts remain central to the spiritual and cultural life of New Life
