Primary Responsibility & Key Requirements

Compliance Specialist

Expert auditing of resident files for LIHTC, HUD, and RD eligibility to ensure regulatory defense.

2+ years LIHTC experience; expert knowledge of HUD/HOME/RD programs.

UA Report Analyst

Technical research of utility rates and tariffs to protect asset performance and ensure rent integrity.

Advanced MS Excel skills; strong analytical reasoning and data interpretation.

UA Customer Service

Managing high-level client communications and coordinating complex utility data procurement.

Professional communication; high-volume data coordination; detail-oriented mindset.

• Salary: Competitive hourly rates ranging from $17.00 to $26.00+, strictly commensurate with the specific role and the candidate's depth of industry experience.
