- Commission Plan:
- 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000+ per unit
- $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to unit one)

What We’re Looking For

- Automotive or Sales Experience Preferred – Retail, hospitality, or commissioned sales backgrounds encouraged
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Full Sales Process – From initial contact to vehicle delivery and follow-up
- Work Internet & Phone Leads – Respond quickly, set appointments, and convert opportunities
- Deliver Product Presentations & Test Drives – Showcase Audi performance, technology, and features
- Negotiate & Close Deals – Structure deals and guide customers through purchase decisions
- Build a Book of Business – Generate repeat and referral customers through relationship-building
- Track Activity in CRM – Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and pipeline management

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
