The Business Forecast Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how we plan, operate, and grow—transforming data into clarity and aligning teams around a shared path forward. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Finance, bringing together inputs, challenging assumptions, and translating complexity into a clear, confident demand plan.

This role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous improvement, and brings both drive and grace to every interaction. At its best, this role doesn’t just report on the business—it helps lead it forward, enabling Ledge to design smarter, operate stronger, and win together.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present executive-level reporting, including concise summaries of forecast performance, risks, and opportunities

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools (Power BI a plus)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
