We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Director to join our team! In this role, you will drive our internal communications strategy, executive engagement, and organizational change initiatives to enhance the connection between leadership and our team members. You will lead company engagement campaigns tied to our strategy, culture, values, well-being, recognition, and talent initiatives.

Experience: Five to eight years of similar or related experience.

Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, marketing, communications, or a similar or related field.

General Skills: Proven ability to absorb large amount of information and distill it into compelling, clear and consistent executive messaging. Experience in storyboarding or script writing and demonstrated storytelling skills using different delivery methods; experience in visual design to complement storytelling. Experienced in public speaking, radio, podcast, or similar preferred.

Leadership Skills: Extensive experience interacting, advising, and working with the C-Suite level; relationship builder who can develop credibility and trust with executives and other internal stakeholders. Includes the ability to "capture the voice" of key executives and provide coaching to executives and across all leadership levels.

Technology Skills: Experience with implementing internal communication tools, including intranet platforms, employee engagement/HRIS software, analytics tools, employee engagement survey methods, and video production. Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred. High data literacy and demonstrated ability to translate insights into action. Strong product mindset with experience building roadmaps and delivering iterative solutions.

This role requires occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, marketing events, and branch locations as needed.
