 Job Description

• Manage aggregator accounts, communicate daily with accounts, ask for additional work, and follow up on scheduled and completed WOs.
• Focus on account maintenance and growth.
• Update portals, such as Service Channel
• Support and verify IVR check ins with techs
• Coordinate daily work orders with Ops/Dispatch
• Ensure SLA compliance
• Facilitate any disputes or issues with aggregator accounts
• Handle Tech parts reporting - weekly - will be trained
• Support Ops with day to day work flow
• Accept work orders upon request
• Schedule 1 offs, after hours, weekend service for aggregator accounts 

Requirements

• 2-5 years as an Account Coordinator or Account Manager
• Experience with commercial facilities services
• Experience with industry WOM systems (ie. Service Channel, Corrigo, FIT, Service Titan, etc)
• Ideal candidates will be able to work with our corporate clients in a professional manner with little supervision.
