The Recruiting Coordinator will provide back-office support to medical provider recruitment operations.

Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Posts, monitors, and tracks job openings across multiple job boards including LinkedIn
- Creates prospect/candidate touch-point communication templates (i.e. scheduling interview, post interview communication, engage/re-engage prospective candidates, etc.)
- Based on set criteria, reviews candidate profiles/lists to partition out viable prospects
- Inputs, segments, and organizes candidates/leads in TrackerRMS
- Assists in scheduling candidate screens/interviews
- Assists with scheduling travel arrangements for onsite interviews
- Conduct pre-onboarding tasks (i.e., Bamboo HR, Paylocity, background check initiation, new hire paperwork)
- Tracks recruitment-related expenses (job boards, sourcing tools, marketing)
- Tracks vendor communication, flag upcoming renewals, changes, and updates
- Conducts research on specific markets to include compensation pay
- Researches recruitment tools functionality in support of business initiatives/needs
- Effectively leverages and utilizes platforms/tools to run email marketing and social media campaigns in collaboration with SMEs
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience supporting back-office recruiting efforts preferred
