We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Home Delivery Associate to provide excellent customer service while accurately preparing customer orders.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments by phone, online, and in person.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and substitutions when items are unavailable.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Accurately select, scan, pack, and prepare customer orders while following special instructions.
• Assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment as needed.
• Stay informed about product offerings and availability.
• Work closely with store departments to locate products and complete orders efficiently.
• Report customer concerns, shortages, and product-quality issues to management.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist other areas of the market as needed.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed to support the team and business. 

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Associate degree preferred 
• Previous customer service, grocery, retail, order fulfillment, or personal shopping experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and math skills, including G Suite experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements associated with selecting, scanning, packing, and organizing orders.
