JOB OVERVIEW:
Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a highly execution-oriented Sales Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role is designed for a proactive, organized marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning sales priorities into clear, compelling, market-ready campaigns and materials.
As a Sales Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting middle and top-of-funnel growth by executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives, developing sales enablement collateral, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure Dynasty’s value proposition is clearly communicated in the marketplace. You will serve as a key connector between Business Development, Sales Operations, and Corporate Marketing, owning initiatives from concept through execution with a strong focus on speed, quality, and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Enablement & Campaign Execution: Execute targeted campaigns aligned with Business Development and Dynasty Connect priorities. Own campaign timelines, asset creation, approvals, and launches to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Collateral Development & Content Management: Build, maintain, and organize a centralized sales collateral library, including one-pagers, pitch materials, infographics, email templates, and relative press. Ensuring materials are current, on-brand, and easily accessible for the sales team.
- Outreach & Messaging: Develop email and LinkedIn outreach templates to support sales initiatives, while collaborating closely with Corporate Marketing on paid advertising and promotional efforts. Provide customized messaging support for leadership and sales team members across priority prospects, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Business Development and Corporate Marketing by providing visibility into market trends, competitor messaging, and prospect pain points. Surface insights that inform campaign direction and sales strategy.
- Reporting & Follow-Through: Track campaign execution and participation, ensuring initiatives move from planning to completion with clear ownership and accountability.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Oversee onboarding, usage coordination, invoice tracking, and performance against objectives to ensure tools and partners are effectively supporting our goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience with collateral creation and campaign management on platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team-based setting.
- Strong communication skills.
