BASIC INFORMATION

Place of Performance: Atlanta, Georgia or remote / hybrid

Travel Requirements: 10%

Supervisor: Chief Growth Officer

Responsibilities 

Brand Marketing Channel Leadership

  • Global Organic Social
  • Global Paid Influencer
  • Global PR
  • Global Consumer Print Advertising
  • Global Experiential Marketing
  • Event strategy (articulate goals, reason for doing an event, expected outcome)
  • Event budget management
  • Event planning and execution
  • Event performance reporting


Content Planning

  • Own the brand content calendar development including calendar document management, data accuracy and completion
  • Own the weekly Content Lab meetings – including agenda development, meeting management, notes and follow ups
  • Own marketing story (campaign) concept development and writing, collaborating with the Brand Managers and Creative team to drive from concept to execution


Budget Management

  • Responsible for budget planning, execution and tracking for spend that supports areas under management

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Beauty experience preferred 
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment
  • Ability to deliver on deadlines
  • Able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done while processes are not clear
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication, analytics and project management
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/ Office Suite 
  • Can effectively build relationships and influence senior levels in the organization across regions and functions
  • Drive for results, able to influence and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels
