Full-time
Description

This is a hybrid role based in Portland, with at least one day per week in the inner NE office.

The Market Manager plays a critical role in expanding Housing Connector’s impact and advancing housing stability within their assigned market. As the market’s day-to-day leader, this role owns the execution of local strategy and market-level program and community operations, builds deep and productive stakeholder relationships, and partners closely with the Regional Managing Director to scale Housing Connector’s model.

Success in this role is measured by housing outcomes, partner experience, and overall market performance. This role requires experience applying an equity or social impact lens to real-world execution, where decisions directly affect people and communities.
