Position Overview


The Context Engineering Intern within our Innovation Team is focused on using cutting-edge AI programming tools to design, build, and deploy creative solutions. Unlike traditional programming, this role emphasizes AI-assisted problem solving and the practice of Professional Context Engineering.


The Intern will work closely with the Innovation Team to create small-scale applications, prototypes, and solutions that address real-world needs, while continuously learning and adapting to new AI tools and workflows. Over time, responsibilities will grow to include bug fixes, feature enhancements, and iterative improvements to existing AI-assisted solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage AI programming tools and software to design and implement creative solutions.

- Develop small applications and prototypes that can be deployed within production environments.

- Collaborate with team members to explore innovative approaches to problem solving.

- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot errors, and implement bug fixes using AI-assisted workflows.

- Enhance existing applications with new features and improvements.

- Stay current with AI tools, practices, and advancements to ensure solutions are built on the latest capabilities.


Qualifications:

- Strong interest and comfort in working with AI and AI-assisted programming tools. Experience working with AI and AI-assisted programming tools preferred

- Excellent problem-solving ability and the capacity to think creatively and strategically.

- Independent worker with strong initiative and self-motivation.

- Eagerness to experiment, learn, and adapt to new technologies.

- (Preferred but not required) Exposure to software development concepts, workflows, or tools.
