Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a value-based care model focused on adult and geriatric populations, offering strong compensation, clinical support, and meaningful patient relationships.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role allows physicians to practice patient-centered medicine without RVU pressure. You will manage a smaller patient panel, focus on preventive care, and work within a highly collaborative, team-based environment designed to improve outcomes for older adults.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only setting

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $235,000 – $270,000
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000+ (based on experience)
• Total First-Year Compensation: $300,000+
• Relocation assistance available

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
• Patient population: Adults 65+ (Medicare-focused)
• 12–15 patients per day
• 20–40 minute visits

• Pharmacy and lab support
• Referral coordination team

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required

• Strong documentation skills required
• Strong team-based care mindset
