The Implementation Project Manager leads external clients in the implementation of technical program solutions, including discovery and requirement gathering, ownership of the project scope documentation and overall project schedule. The Implementation Project Manager will work closely with the Digital Solutions and Implementation organization, cross-departmental stakeholders and the client to deliver best-in class technical solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Owns the overall scope, schedule, risk assessment of program implementations
  • Ensures on time and on budget delivery
  • Collaborates with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure milestones are met by keeping team focused and accountable
  • Builds strong relationships with external stakeholders through clear, concise, and consistent communication
  • Understanding and ability to communicate technical details to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collect project assets and information from end users and cross functional teams to upload/configure into systems accurately and timely
  • Identifies, recommends, and creates process documentation for internal resources and end users
  • Organize, execute and recap internal meetings and client conversations to set action items and upcoming deliverables
  • Communicates project status to upper management on a regular weekly cadence
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity; refers to policies and best practices for guidance


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in communications, business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years related experience with managing mid-level to large projects
  • Experience managing projects related to eCommerce is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote
  • Able to understand technical details and clearly communicate between the client and technical resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience composing executive-level communication
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service for internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage continuous change
  • Flexible and adaptive with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision while managing resources prudently
  • Ability to deal with sensitive situations with tact and proper judgment under pressure
  • Able to effectively provide, receive, and respond positively to constructive feedback
  • Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership, responsibility, and the initiative to complete tasks on a timely basis
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position


Preferred Skills:

  • Confluence and JIRA proficiency is preferred
  • Smartsheet proficiency is preferred

 

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
