Overview: 

ROR Partners, a thriving media marketing company, with a strong people culture, is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Digital Media Specialist, who will be responsible for the support and development of end-to-end marketing campaign execution that is client-centric, data-driven and always evolving. Position is hybrid from our Superior, CO office. Salary target is $50k - $65k based on experience and background.

About the Role:

 We're looking for a data-driven Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns that drive measurable business results.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Own campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, optimization and surfacing recommendations to improve      performance.
• Monitor performance and proactively adjust to hit KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
• Collaborate closely with client services and strategy teams to align media execution with client goals
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok and Snapchat preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and media KPIs
• Experience with complex campaign set ups, including A/B testing, creative experimentation, hyper-local target areas
• Comfortable using platform reporting tools and Google Sheets/Excel for analysis
• Clear communication skills with a mindset toward action and ownership
• Be a quick learner with a will to proactively go beyond the brief
