Launchpad Hospitality is hiring a Sous Chef to join the team at Nami Nori's new Virginia Beach location, an iconic restaurant where Pharrell Williams is a partner. We’re looking for someone energetic, experienced, and ready to take on a leadership role—someone passionate about great food, exceptional service, and inspiring a team. Nami Nori was the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to build a global fanbase for temaki through omotenashi—the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sous Chef supports the Chef de Cuisine in all kitchen operations. This includes food production, coaching and training, ordering & inventory, and maintaining department of health standards and compliance with all regulations..
