We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with an Asset Manager. This role serves as the maintenance lead for ReNu Technologies’, responsible for equipment readiness, reliability, performance in the field, and improvements. The Asset Manager will ensure ReNu’s equipment exceeds our clients expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- UpKeep Requests and Software Needs
- Manage maintenance planning of Equipment (All trailers, foam boxes, tools, containment, pumps, hoses, filters, etc.) for ReNu.
- Be an expert on ReNu equipment, able to troubleshoot and solve in field equipment issues and challenges.
- Manage and report labor costs associated with maintenance activities quarterly.
- Define and manage processes to ensure that material costs are captured, and that productivity goals are achieved.
- Take all Operations in Field call outs on equipment needs, operability, etc.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, tested, and certified as required.
- Ensure all equipment certifications and testing documents are filed and accessible.
- Trailer logistic management, ensuring equipment is at locations on time and ready.
- Ensure safe maintenance practices are always utilized.
- Responsible for ensuring all repair parts and items needed to maintain proper stock of supplies for the assigned shops are ordered
- Complete all required reports for budget updates as required.
- Participate in root cause analysis exercises and make minor mechanical repairs on equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in inventory, equipment or tool maintenance, distribution/manufacturing, and operational procedures required.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and scheduling to maintain high quality and low field failures on equipment.
- Ability to organize and manage inventory requirements to support maintenance evolutions.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and maintain regional repair shops to provide for timely and effective repairs of ReNu equipment.
- Ability to learn and understand more extensive knowledge of mechanical equipment and pipe work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, etc… experience preferred.
- Quality Assurance experience required.
- Documented mechanical aptitude or formal mechanical education.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Passport
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Work is executed both in an office setting and in the field as the requires in-plant meetings and also walk-arounds in a variety of plant settings. In this role, it will be required to assist in the operations team on a project campaign which would require 12 hour shifts for a week or so in an industrial site.
In the plant one may be required to carry equipment (up to 40 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, work in inclement weather.
During in-plant meetings and field work special PPE is required. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.
ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items such as computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.
Travel Requirements
This position typically requires 80+ overnights per year. Most travel will be to support trailer maintenance and client project support. Some travel will be required for internal RTI and ReNu meetings and events.
