What You’ll Do
- Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current
- Analyze account activity and determine appropriate solutions
- Communicate with customers, references, and landlords
- Collect and process payments accurately (in-store and field)
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records
- Manage field visits professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns while protecting company standards
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to collections and retention
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Comfortable using systems to manage accounts
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
Schedules may vary based on business needs
