We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about food, hungry to grow, and ready to help lead a dynamic culinary team.

Requirements
  • Support daily kitchen operations and lead during service 
  • Execute seasonal menus with consistency and creativity 
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep team 
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization 
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control 
  • Collaborate with FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years kitchen experience (lead line or supervisor preferred) 
  • Strong work ethic and team-first mindset 
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
