Work Hours: Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. We value collaboration during core business hours but offer flexibility where possible.
Travel: Travel will be up to 10% for team quarterly meetings.

About the Role
This role’s core focus is to optimize performance and ensure seamless supply chain management for our clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through net new direct sales, proper implementation, and a high-performing channel partner ecosystem. This position leads and manages the Director of Sales, Director of Channel Partnerships, and Executive Director of Professional Services within TransImpact’s demand planning business unit. This is a strategic role that requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of Demand Planning technologies, Implementation Management, and Channel Partner development. The Executive Vice President of Avercast drives revenue growth through effective sales strategies, working closely with Marketing and Client Success leaders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to market expansion and client acquisition. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the demand planning business unit.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Director of Sales, Director of Channel Partnerships, and Executive Director of Professional Services, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to align sales objectives with Avercast and TransImpact's overall business goals.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive net new sales through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding TransImpact’s footprint in the demand planning market through its Avercast software solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales team’s activities, ensuring effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Set clear performance metrics and regularly evaluate the sales team's performance against targets.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team’s skills and effectiveness.
Channel Partnerships:
- Manage and expand channel partnerships, ensuring alignment with Avercast’s sales strategy.
- Develop joint business plans with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Monitor partner performance and provide support to maximize sales through the channel network.
Professional Services:
- Ensure seamless integration of professional services into the sales process, enhancing customer value and satisfaction.
- Work with the Executive Director of Professional Services to develop service offerings that complement and support sales efforts.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation, branding, and market positioning.
- Partner with Professional Services to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Client Success to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.

Key Metrics:
- Achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives for the demand planning business unit.
- Successful execution of net new sales strategies, resulting in new client acquisitions.
- Performance and development of the sales team, measured through sales metrics and team KPIs.
- Expansion and effectiveness of channel partnerships.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates, in collaboration with Client Success.
What You Bring
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, and sales management in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of demand planning methodologies, statistical models, and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and supply chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in using demand planning software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data
- analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
