JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

The Sales Associate at Peak Honda World is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing Honda Powersports vehicles and accessories. They play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting brand loyalty.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and determine their needs and preferences.
  • Provide information about Honda Powersports products, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle model, color, and accessories based on their preferences and budget.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues according to dealership / CRM standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging vehicles and displays.
  • Stay informed about Honda Powersports products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for moving all major Powersports units in and out of the yard / showroom daily.
  • Ensuring that all major Powersports units are clean and presentable.
  • Maintaining sales floor inventory and ensuring stock-ins and clean trade-ins.
  • Ensure the showroom and display areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all sales activities and interactions with customers.
  • Review vehicle features, functions, and controls with customers, demonstrating how to operate and maintain the vehicle safely and effectively.
  • Answer customer questions and provide guidance on vehicle operation, maintenance, and warranty coverage.
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM DMS, lightspeed, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a current motor vehicle sales license in the state of Colorado
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with financing options and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
