Description
BRSi is looking for an experienced, driven, and motivated Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing all branding content and corporate communications, and strengthening brand presence with existing and prospective clients.
*Candidate must be within DC or Houston Metro area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Market Expansion Strategy: Provide oversight for branding, positioning, and marketing penetration strategies, ensuring alignment with growth team.
- Provide Marketing Leadership & Oversight: Manage a Marketing Associate responsible for day-to-day marketing execution (brand management, content, campaigns, digital presence, events). Set strategic direction for marketing initiatives, establish priorities and KPIs, and ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth, pipeline development, and brand recognition. Drive the full sales cycle: from outbound outreach and discovery to solution presentation, to proposal support, and contract negotiation.
- Enhance Marketing Collateral and Proposals: Provide oversight for development of all marketing materials, and support proposals development activities. Ensure proposal strategies, messaging, and positioning align with brand standards and proposal requirements; contribute to proposal sections as needed to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Leverage internal SMEs and collaborate with implementation and client success teams to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction.
- Conduct Client Satisfaction & Voice of Customer reviews: Lead “Client Voice” initiatives, including survey execution, and analysis. Track and communicate results to leadership on a quarterly basis and partner with internal teams to improve the brand. Advocate for solutions that balance client success and BRSi business priorities, ensuring long term, mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Up to 25% (potential clients, conferences, trade shows, partner meetings).
Requirements
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience, including people and/or project leadership responsibilities.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Success communicating with diverse audiences, including C-level executives, senior leaders, and operational managers, across both internal and External settings.
