We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's revenue cycle processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable management

- Develop and implement procedures to improve revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and billing standards

- Manage billing, coding, and collections staff, providing training and support to enhance productivity and accuracy

- Resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues, working with payers and patients as needed

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and follow-up on unpaid or denied claims

- Stay current with industry regulations, payer policies, and best practices in revenue cycle management


 

This position is full-time weekdays. No weekends. No holidays.

Requirements
  •  5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), payer rules, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS).
  • Billing-relevant certification preferred (CPC, CPAR, etc.)
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle KPIs and reducing denials.
  • Experience with EHR and RCM systems
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A patient-first mindset with the ability to balance financial goals and compassionate service.
