Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job description:

As a member of the Les Bourgeois Vineyards/Blufftop at Rocheport service staff you will

play a critical role in delivering impeccable service and creating memorable experiences

for our guests. Our establishment features a wine Tasting Room & Gift Shop, A-Frame

outdoor wine garden, Bistro event venue, vineyards, winery and distillery all situated on

beautiful blufftops overlooking Missouri River in Rocheport.

Responsibilities:

Team-player attitude

Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service

Preparing and serving beverages and food in accordance with food safety/alcohol service

guidelines.

Assist in managing guest relations by providing information about the venue’s and

their offerings. Stay informed about new releases and special events.

Provide guests with accurate information about our wines, spirits, production methods, and brand history.

Provide recommendations based on guest preferences, experience level, and tasting goals.

Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the POS

Follow tasting room procedures, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Cleaning service and dining areas

Stock inventory

Ability to lift 40lbs

Weekend and evening availability
