We are seeking Production Packers with some hands-on work experience who are ready to grow in a manufacturing environment. 

Summary of Duties

• Pack and label finished products in a production setting 
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met 
• Prepare materials and support production flow 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures 

Schedule (Required)

• 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3):
• Work 2 days - Off 2 days - Work 3 days 
• Alternate the following week 
• Rotate between day and night shifts every 4 weeks 

• 6+ months of work experience (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar preferred)      
• Forklift experience is a plus 
• Strong reliability and attendance 
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment 
• Ability to work rotating day/night schedule

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
