What You’ll Do:

• Assist painters with prep work (sanding, patching, priming, masking)
• Help with interior and exterior residential painting projects
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
• Work on ladders and at heights as needed
• Learn professional painting techniques on the job

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of construction experience or 1+ year of painting experience
• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well on a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
