Description

Pepin Distributing is seeking a highly motivated Brand Lead (FMB+ & Craft) to drive execution and performance across a key segment of our portfolio.

This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities, sales execution, inventory readiness, and in-market activation, while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Leadership & Partnership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers
  • Lead proactive communication on priorities, incentives, and programming
  • Translate supplier strategies into actionable plans
     

Sales Alignment & Market Execution

  • Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams
  • In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps
  • Support execution through tools and program guidance
     

Inventory Coordination & Readiness

  • Ensure product availability aligns with programming
  • Identify and communicate risks proactively
     

Activation Execution & In-Market Presence

  • Execute activations and manage logistics
  • Conduct field visits and audits
     

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze sales data and KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights and recaps
     

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate across departments
• Support launches, resets, and initiatives and pricing

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary Description
$75,000 - $85,000 per year
