What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)

You’ll own the vehicle delivery experience from start to finish.

• Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles with confidence and care
• Walk guests through vehicle features, technology, and Lexus systems
• Ensure paperwork, plates, and accessories are accurate and ready
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service for smooth handoffs
• Create a relaxed, unrushed, premium delivery experience
• Support strong CSI results through consistency and follow-through

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need automotive experience. You do need the right approach.

• Hospitality or customer-facing experience (retail, hotel, concierge, tech support, etc.)
• Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and professional
• Comfort with technology and digital tools
• High attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement.
