Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the supported business units and their team operations, and take ownership of end-to-end HR management for these teams.
- Lead recruitment efforts for business units, especially for building new R&D teams from 0 to 1. Leverage diverse and innovative sourcing strategies to efficiently drive hiring outcomes.
- Design career development paths and talent cultivation programs, effectively plan and implement talent development initiatives, foster company culture, energize teams, and support rapid business growth.
- Provide comprehensive HRBP solutions to business teams.
- Drive the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within business units, empowering both the organization and individuals, and supporting overall business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–10+ years of comprehensive HR experience; strong expertise in recruitment is required. Experience managing overseas teams is a plus.
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. Strong self-motivation with the ability to independently lead teams and deliver results.
- Solid experience across all HR functions, with strengths in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent learning agility, growth mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and proven ability to deliver efficiently and manage effectively. Strong team collaboration and execution skills.
- Responsible, positive, and proactive; eager to learn new things, willing to deeply understand the business, capable of innovative thinking, open to challenges, able to handle high-pressure environments, and strong in communication and collaboration.
