POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Specialist’s primary focus is retrieving, reviewing, and preparing credit union member data utilizing multiple SaaS tools and quality control processes, including uploading the files for mass email deployment on a daily basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for quickly and accurately conducting the survey send process for 15+ credit unions.
· Participate in QA process by auditing data from other Operations Service Specialists to ensure accuracy.
· Updating and checking for accurate information through Pending Sends and ClickUps tasks columns.
· Facilitate response rate collection and reporting for all clients, uploading to the MemberXP system.
· Updating current data in all websites by completing monthly Retention and File Maintenance.
· Protect client data and maintain confidentiality.
· Maintain log of hours worked by client.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school degree or equivalent.
· Attention to detail a must.
· Able to follow precise step by step procedures and stay on task.
· Able to complete daily tasks within a timely matter.
· Requires reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace with no distractions.
· Strong computer skills with extensive work experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
· Valid driver’s license required.
