The Role:

As the FOREWARN Home Healthcare Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in selling risk management solutions into home healthcare agencies and health systems. You will have a deep understanding of the procurement process, established strong relationships with key home healthcare stakeholders, and a proven track record of successfully meeting revenue targets and quotas in the home healthcare space. 


What You Will Do:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and establishing relationships with potential new customers in the home healthcare industry within assigned geographic regions. 
  • Managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for expansion. 
  • Creating and executing sales plans to drive revenue and bookings. 
  • Understanding client risks and needs involved with home healthcare services and presenting FOREWARN's solutions to address them. 
  • Achieving annual revenue targets and quotas. 
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Legal to ensure alignment on revenue initiatives, contracts, and to support sales efforts. 
  • Stay informed and up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments impacting the home healthcare sector. Leverage this knowledge to advise partners and shape FOREWARN’s partnership strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against established goals and metrics. Take proactive measures to address any gaps and drive continuous improvement in outcomes.
  • Travel to meet with clients in-person, attend trade shows, speaking engagements and industry events. 
  • Travel required approximately 30%+ of the time.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical products, services, or SaaS sales in the healthcare sector. Experience selling to the home healthcare sector is a plus. 
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, both at the leadership level and to end users.  
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a healthcare related field. Advanced degree, MBA preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of patient care and management systems and the home healthcare sector. 
  • Proven success in developing and managing relationships that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  
  • Deep understanding of home healthcare procurement processes, regulations, and contracting vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to iterate quickly, codify what works, and move on from what doesn’t. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and market trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • The ability to travel to meet with clients in-person, attend trade shows, speaking engagements and industry events. 
  • Any other tasks assigned accordingly.
