Requirements

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple digital platforms, supporting paid digital advertising programs, and assisting with sales and campaign support materials. This role involves day-to-day content creation, community engagement, website updates, social and paid media asset coordination, and performance tracking to grow our online presence and drive lead generation.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling, on-brand content (graphics, video, blogs, etc.) for social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with audiences across social platforms, fostering a positive and interactive community.
  • Website Content Management: Support company website updates with fresh content, ensuring alignment with ongoing marketing campaigns, SEO priorities, and business goals.
  • Email Campaigns: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, creating content that aligns with current promotions, newsletters, lead nurture programs, and key marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid search, and paid channels to support marketing goals, including product launches, promotions, industry campaigns, and special events.
  • Paid Digital Advertising Coordination: Support the execution of paid digital campaigns on Google (Search, PMax, Retargeting) and Meta platforms, including creating/reviewing ad copy and creative assets, coordinating with the paid media agency, and monitoring campaign performance against defined objectives.
  • Lead Generation Content: Support the creation of lead generation assets including articles, whitepapers, landing pages, and campaign brochures aligned with campaign launches.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of social media posts, website traffic, email campaigns, and paid media programs, providing actionable insights and optimizing strategies based on key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, ROAS, etc.).
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, advertising best practices and industry developments to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as agency partners, to align social media, website, paid advertising and email strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with paid advertising programs (Google Ads, Meta)
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
  • Must reside in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted

May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers

May require prolonged periods of sitting and/or driving throughout the workday

Willing to travel to various job sites and other locations

Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle

Salary Description
$60,000- $65,000
