Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen understanding of food and beverage safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing exceptional service to guests
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items

 Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote drink specials and increase revenue
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus
