We’re looking for a Senior Test-QA Engineer who is excited to redefine how software quality is built and validated in an AI-first environment. This role will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our QA automation framework- leveraging agentic AI tools as a core part of the development lifecycle. You’ll act as both a technical leader and builder- designing scalable test systems, guiding AI-driven test generation, and partnering closely with engineering, product, and DevOps to ensure our platforms are reliable, performant, and built to scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture for QA automation and software verification frameworks 
• Build scalable, high-quality automation and test harnesses across our product suite 
• Leverage agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to generate, refine, and scale test automation 
• Guide and direct AI-driven test creation and validation strategies 
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of QA systems 
• Partner closely with engineering to embed testing into the development lifecycle 
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases 
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software QA automation or test engineering 
• Deep expertise in modern QA automation and software verification frameworks 
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling 
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and security concepts 
• Experience working in Agile development environments 
• Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills 
• Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of ownership 
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-assisted development or testing tools 
• Background in building or scaling QA frameworks from the ground up 
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments 
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
