Specific Qualifications 

· The ability to start-up. operate, shut down, and conduct sanitation on the crushing, pressing, various tanks and pumping equipment.

· The ability to lift and move 80 pounds.

· Receive and draw samples from the various deliveries of raw materials upon receipt  

· Be able to legibly maintain all records and reports required.

· Be able to accurately measure and transfer products.

· Be able to communicate effectively with fellow Operators, Management, and other Employees.

General Qualifications

· Be able to read, understand and carry out basic written and oral instruction.

· Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed. 

· Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. 

· Must be able to keep working area clean and organized.

· Must have a mechanical aptitude, detail, punctual and have a good attendance record.

· Must be licensed and able to drive/operate various plant trucks, forklift, and loaders.

· Must have a good attitude with a cooperative relationship with co-workers and management. 

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks.

· Must be able to read and follow operating manuals, written instructions, and work orders.

· Must have adequate transportation to and from work.
