Description

Scentsy is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to drive effective new customer acquisition and optimize ads for revenue and profitability through strategic management of paid advertising campaigns and continual analysis of creative performance to optimize assets and drive scalable growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, to achieve Key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as new customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and net revenue
  • Conduct in-depth audience targeting and competitive analysis to inform paid ad content strategies and maximize performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing monthly reporting and actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives
  • Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign optimization to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets to achieve performance goals and maximize return on investment
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to drive the delivery of strategies and plans, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in dynamic settings
  • Comfortable managing budgets to meet performance goals on time and within allocated spend
