Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes

- Supervise and support front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback

- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate reservation records and manage room assignments

- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies

- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing service improvements

- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and health standards


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and area information

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plus
