The Accountant supports the finance team by completing a variety of accounting and financial tasks, including daily administrative functions, cash management, reconciliations, and general ledger support. This role helps ensure accuracy in financial reporting and the overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with company credit card administration, including tracking and reconciliation
- Support daily cash reconciliations and prepare the daily cash report
- Prepare and assist with various bank reconciliations
- Provide support with general ledger (GL) administration and maintenance
- Assist with additional accounting and finance-related functions as needed
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned financial tasks
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support financial operations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking and meeting activities are required frequently throughout the workday. Employee must be able to process paperwork and utilize office equipment (including personal computer, phone, etc.). A large portion of the day is spent communicating orally in person and by phone. Normal sight or corrected vision is required to read documents and use standard computer terminals. Ability to move around continuously throughout the service department. Work may involve moving or lifting of light to moderately heavy materials or equipment requiring physical strength and agility to withstand the strain of manual work.
