Position Summary
The Prep Cook III is an entry-level culinary role responsible for executing complex prep tasks and supporting kitchen readiness for service. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistency and efficiency across the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced prep techniques including butchery, sauce preparation, and batch production 
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared to standard for all stations 
  • Support inventory rotation and organization 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years culinary experience 
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations 
  • Ability to work independently and lead prep priorities
