Position Summary
The Prep Cook III is an entry-level culinary role responsible for executing complex prep tasks and supporting kitchen readiness for service. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistency and efficiency across the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced prep techniques including butchery, sauce preparation, and batch production
- Ensure mise en place is prepared to standard for all stations
- Support inventory rotation and organization
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
