Description

The Tenant Segment Manager is responsible for providing proactive client relationship management, elevating partnerships, ensuring client success and satisfaction, and retaining and growing revenue. These key objectives are accomplished by ensuring client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities that result in product utilization and client retention.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert on Asurint criminal and civil search capabilities and the legal/court system; demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of services we provide to appropriately facilitate solutions.
  • Serves as client support for all tenant clients; achieves and maintains customer service support levels and standards in all tenant client interactions.
  • Manages relationships with key clients and leverages expertise to identify opportunities and recommend areas for program improvement; engages and builds client relationships with a focus on providing a positive, memorable customer experience.
  • Processes and documents information with speed, a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Identifies growth opportunities and works cross functionally to achieve realization and growth targets.
  • Works with Accounting and Business Analysts to oversee the invoicing process; reviews and verifies costs and client pricing structure.
  • Works with Asurint’s Product team and Digital organization to provide input on product-related technology changes and assists with launch of product offerings in tenant space.
  • Monitors order and realization details; conducts order scoring/reporting as required; assembles and provides reporting as requested by clients and/or management; utilizes detailed reporting to understand critical product and account details and proactively investigate any problems.
  • Facilitates New Tenant Client set ups as needed.
  • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges; adjusts and/or modifies package and system configuration when necessary.
  • Conducts client training as needed.
  • Identifies trends across client base and works to proactively course correct if negative trends are discovered.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting high-volume/key accounts is required.
  • Experience with data-centric products or processes is required.
  • Experience creating and/or utilizing reporting to drive outcomes and make decisions is required.
  • Experience project managing client initiatives from start to finish is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical thinking skills are required.
  • Experience in Tenant/Housing Screening experience is preferred.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred. Salesforce is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Certifications or licensure: If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
  • Years of relevant experience: 5 to 7 years is preferred.
  • Years of experience supervising: None.

Working Conditions

  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, including the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
  • This position is performed remotely within the United States or in an office setting in the Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, although off-site meetings in various settings may occur.
  • Inside Asurint’s office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
  • In a remote setting, the employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, for arranging the off-site workspace in an ergonomically sound manner, and for maintaining standard Internet speeds in order to work effectively.   
  • In a remote setting, the employee is required to ensure that all equipment and records that are the property of Asurint but have been relocated to the off-site workplace, are maintained in a safe and secure manner and are used only for business purposes. 
  • The schedule is generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours (unless otherwise communicated based on position or working location), although the employee may be required to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings. 
  • Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver’s license may be required. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required.
