What this role is
You know how to make things look right and feel even better. Design is how the brand shows up when no one is explaining it. You’ll help build a visual world people want to be part of.
What you’ll do
- Make decks that pop. The kind people screenshot, not skim for pitches, launches, and internal storytelling
- Design across social, digital, experiential, product, and brand moments
- Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Create work that feels modern, cultural, and intentional
- Develop assets that move across digital and print formats seamlessly
- Help build and evolve our visual identity
What you’re good at
- Strong visual taste. You know what’s good and what’s not
- Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them
- Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered
- Designing for digital-first and social-first environments
- Translating ideas into visuals that land
- Working fast without lowering the bar
You might be a good fit if
- You’ve worked in creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams
- You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view
- You’re inspired by culture, not just design trends
- You care about the details most people miss
- You want to build something, not just contribute to it
- You stay curious. New tools, new tech, new ways of making
Bonus if
- You have motion or animation experience
- You think beyond screen into experiences and IRL
- You’ve built brands with real community and cultural relevance
- You’ve dabbled with AI tools
What you’ll use
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere a plus
- Figma – Working knowledge to iterate within design files and create new assets leveraging established libraries and components
- Microsoft Office 365 – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
