Le’Fant is seeking an experienced Program Director whose primary responsibility will be managing and implementing all aspects of customer requirements and coordinating the activities and schedules of project managers across a federal visa program. The Program Director will set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, shift staff and monitor the overall cost, schedule, and delivery performance.

Expertise Required:

• Serve as primary point of contact (POC) with Government program leadership (labor compliance) and COR personnel
• Provide overall contract oversight (cost, schedule, performance) across all functions
• Direct and manage interoperability strategy, including workforce reallocation across visa programs
• Monitor performance against SLA metrics, production targets, and quality standards 
• Lead development and delivery of executive reports, status briefings, and risk assessments
• Identify performance risks and develop mitigation strategies and impact analyses
• Oversee staffing strategy, including surge support and resource optimization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce rework
• Coordinate with Government on policy updates, operational priorities, and staffing changes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and contract objectives

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• All work must be performed within the United States.
• Must have the ability to receive and maintain a suitability clearance including a background check showing no evidence of Federal, state, or local felony charges and/or convictions 
• Bachelor's degree
•  7–10+ yrs program management; extensive experience in leading and maintaining teams, stakeholders, and complex federal programs

Preferred

• Familiarity with U.S. immigration programs (e.g., H-2A, H-2B, PERM) or experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments is preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred (MBA/MPA/JD)
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

This role is contingent upon contract award. We are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Position duties, work location, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted to align with final contract requirements and labor category determinations at the time of award.

Pay Transparency

There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Le’Fant maintains compliance with all federal, state, and regional labor laws and regulations for the workforce lifecycle, for all candidates and employees, regardless of employment status. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds.
