Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Fort Plain, New York. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health opportunity offering schedule flexibility, hybrid work options, and strong organizational support.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral health services in an outpatient setting. You will provide individual, family, and group counseling while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support patients across a wide range of behavioral health needs.

SCHEDULE
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR four 10-hour shifts
• Hybrid schedule available
• One evening per week required (until 7:00 PM)

COMPENSATION
• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver counseling services to individuals and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete comprehensive clinical evaluations
• Document care accurately in electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams
• Respond to urgent or crisis situations as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

• Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in New York required

• Experience providing behavioral health counseling preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills required
• Comfortable working with patients age 5+
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
• Ability to work within a collaborative care team
