• Partner with the proposal team to clearly understand project scope, technical requirements, and client expectations to ensure seamless project initiation 
• Lead project kickoff meetings, establish communication protocols, and coordinate internal resource assignments across condition and analysis teams 
• Develop, maintain, and continuously refine project templates, schedules, and tracking mechanisms to ensure consistency and efficiency in delivery 
• Oversee the preparation, quality control, and delivery of condition data and analysis outputs in alignment with project standards and client requirements 
• Monitor project timelines and proactively manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all condition and analysis milestones 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, coordination, and issue resolution related to condition and analysis deliverables 
• Support cross-functional collaboration to drive project execution, resolve risks, and maintain high-quality outcomes 
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support project delivery and organizational objectives

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Technical Field preferred
