About the Role
The H.U.F. Center is seeking a confident, mission-driven Program Manager to lead our Psychosocial Day Support Program serving adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strong clinical outcomes. You’ll lead from the front - supporting your team, maintaining structure, and ensuring high-quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily program operations and supervise on-site staff
- Provide coaching, accountability, and performance oversight
- Ensure documentation and services meet DBHDS standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records
- Support crisis intervention and guide staff during high-acuity situations
- Maintain a small caseload and facilitate groups as needed
- Partner with leadership to improve program performance and outcomes

Qualifications
- Active Virginia QMHP certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of mental health experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
