Job Description

BeVera Solutions is recruiting a remote/hybrid Project Director / Project Manager III to lead program execution for OMNIBUS IV task orders supporting Market Segment 2 (R&D Support Services) and Market Segment 4 (Translational Science Support & Services). This position is contingent upon contract award. The role provides senior leadership across planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined project governance. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.


NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall project leader, ensuring timely completion of task objectives 
  • Coordinate transition from project development to implementation and completion 
  • Organize and manage team resources (e.g., Steering Committees, Project Teams, Work Groups) 
  • Develop high-level project plans and obtain agreement on responsibilities and timelines 
  • Define and manage communications, issue management, and scope management strategies 
  • Evaluate cross-system impacts with appropriate staff input 
  • Identify and manage project risks; develop contingency plans 
  • Define project objectives and success measurements 
  • Develop and communicate project documentation, including: project overview, scope, team structure, status reports, issue reports, change control reports, and meeting notes 
  • Coordinate requirements/design documentation and secure approvals 
  • Coordinate execution and monitoring/controlling phases; lead closeout, lessons learned, and confirm completion/acceptance 
  • Support steering committee/project team/work group meetings; communicate status to team members and executives (including status reporting and presentations) 
  • Identify and document issues; escalate as needed to resolve issues in a timely manner 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements when relevant; support integrity/security of institutional data as required 
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading federal health, research support, or public sector programs 
  • Familiarity with governance models, reporting cadences, and cross-functional delivery 
  • Experience coordinating technical and operational teams (data, IT, admin, research support) 
Requirements
  • Education: Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field OR equivalent experience defined as Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of experience 
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field 
  • Certification: Current PMP certification 
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (U.S.). Ability to support Government meetings as required. 
  • Clearance/Access: Ability to obtain/maintain any required access/credentials (as applicable)
