At Cragun’s, every guest experience should feel relaxing, memorable—and above all, safe. We’re looking for a Security Supervisor who leads with professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, guest-first approach. In this role, you’ll help protect our guests, team members, and property while setting the tone for a security team that is visible, approachable, and dependable.

Position Overview

The Security Supervisor supports daily security operations across the resort, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times. This role combines hands-on security work with team leadership, requiring strong decision-making, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Core Responsibilities

· Supervise and support daily security operations across the resort property

· Hire, lead, coach, and schedule security team members; provide ongoing training and guidance

· Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure safety and policy compliance

· Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

· Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs

· Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

· Assist in developing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols

· Monitor surveillance systems and investigate suspicious activity

· Ensure a visible, approachable security presence that enhances the guest experience

• Previous experience in security or a related field (2–4+ years preferred)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required!
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to work all shifts (7-3pm, 3-11pm, & 11p-7am)
• $22+hr based on experience
• Must be 18yrs or older
