Summary/Objective
The Project Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Project and Operations teams and plays a key role in fostering collaboration between field and office staff. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction or project-driven environment and values teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.
In addition to project coordination responsibilities, the Project Coordinator serves as a culture ambassador, helping to promote a positive, engaging workplace and supporting companywide initiatives that strengthen communication, consistency, and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project & Operations Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Team
- Act as a liaison between field staff and office personnel to improve communication and workflow
- Use Procore and other project management tools to manage project documentation
- Maintain accurate subcontractor, vendor, and business partner records
- Track and report subcontractor compliance documentation and risk-related items
- Support project start-up and close-out processes
- Assist other Project Coordinators as needed
- Track, organize, and distribute weekly field documentation, including:
- Progress photos
- Daily logs
- Short-interval schedules
- OpenSpace documentation
- Weekly site safety checklists
- Participate in Operations, Project Coordinator, and Safety Committee meetings
Business Partner Support & Office Coverage
- Serve as a member of the Business Partners Team, supporting Operations leadership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide front desk coverage as needed

- Comfort using project management and documentation platforms (experience with Procore preferred)
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Salary Description
$65,000 - 90,000
